VEIN (PZ) - A unique event was the protagonist Venosa and its beautiful Aragonese castle on Wednesday evening 6 August. For the first time, in fact, the base of the north tower of the castle was transformed into a stage, to host a concert that left surprised and at the same time charmed everyone in the Piazza Umberto I, suddenly become spectators for the event of a performance by chills. The unusual concert was born from a brilliant idea of ​​Pasquale Cappiello - artistic director of the Five Continents Festival - which for years had dreams to exploit in an original way the important historical-architectural monument symbol of the city of Venosa, finally realized thanks to the support of the local Avis, who strongly he wanted to be at the forefront of the organization in collaboration with some venosini citizens and the city administration, which in turn, through the Department of Culture and Entertainment chaired by Carmela Sinisi, It intended to give new impulses to the cultural city. Scenic lighting specially crafted with the play of light and a perfect audio system have further enhanced the success of the event.

The Kairos Quartet group was formed in June 2010 with the intent of entrusting to the talent of its members performing a repertoire exclusively oriented towards the great works signed by the most famous contemporary composers of film music. Thus it was born a live performance can offer the public a thrilling journey into the heart of instrumental music normally composed for big orchestras, but expertly arranged by Roberto Jonata and Michele Sguotti for a staff of more mold chamber. Performance which was then trasferista on CD in the recent recording project "Soundtrack" (Bass Department Records).

The performance of the Kairos Quartet in Horace cities, It lasted over ninety minutes, It saw performing voice-overs used for famous films like "Mission Impossible", "The Exorcist", “Schindler’s list”, "Rocky IV", "Pirates of the Caribbean" and many other, perpetrating the charm of music that enriches the film story and that the authors of the caliber of Hans Zimmer, John Williams, Michael Nyman, Wim Mertens have been able to make it indelible in contemporary music history.
